6 pork chops, about 1/2-inch thick
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in oil and pour off excess drippings. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Combine reserved liquid with honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger; pour over the chops.
Cover tightly and cook over low heat for about 45 minutes or until tender.
Add pineapple chunks and cook until heated through. Remove the pork chops and pineapple chunks to a serving platter.

You can add flour to the sauce in pan to thicken, if desired. Spoon over pork chops.
