1/3 c hot water
2 T vinegar
2 T olive oil
2 T soy sauce
1 tsp beef bouillon granules or 1 cube
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
2 beef rib eye steaks (12 oz each)
Sliced onions and green peppers (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Remove 1/2 cup marinade and set aside. Pierce steaks and place in plastic bag or glass pan to marinade in refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours. May also add vegetables to marinade or grill them separately.
Remove steaks and veg. from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Grill over medium hot heat 4-8 minutes each side or until done. Warm marinade that was set aside and serve with steaks.
