4 boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 oz. sour cream 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine Ritz crackers, about 1-1/2 cups, crushed
Put chicken in a casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350-degrees for about 1 hour. Be sure chicken is cooked.
