2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 (4 lb) boneless pork loin roast
1-2 medium onions, sliced
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325
Combine spices and rub over entire roast.
Place roast, fat side up, on a greased rack in a roasting pan. Top with onion.
Pour water into pan.
Bake uncovered for 2-21/2 hours or to temp of 170
Let sit 10-15 minutes before slicing
