2 cups boiled Noodles
1 can tuna fish, 7 oz.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
worchestershire sauce, curry powder or dry sherry
1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
buttered cornflakes or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Drain one can tuna fish
Separate it with a fork into large flakes.
Grease an ovenproof dish.
Arrange a layer of noodles, then sprinkle with fish and so on, with noodles on top.
Mix together soup, worchestershire sauce or other flavoring and parsley and pour over noodles.
Cover the top with buttered cornflakes or cracker crumbs.
Bake until the top is brown and casserole is bubbling.

Not as good leftover, but really satisfying on the first day. I use white albacore tuna in water.
