1 can sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 3 lemons
2 egg yolks
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 angel food cake

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, lemon juice and egg yolks until smooth. Whip whipping cream. Fold 1/2 of whipped cream into lemon mixture. Break 1/2 of angel food cake into 13x9 in. pan. Pour 1/2 of lemon-whipped cream mixture over. Break rest of cake over mixture. Spread other half of lemon-whipped cream over. Sweeten the other half of whipped cream. Spread over the top. Sprinkle with coconut if desired. Refrigerate several hours.
