1 lb. hamburger
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and shape into patties; fry til brown. Put slices in layers in a roaster and spread mushroom soup on eaach piece. Bake 1 hour at 325.
