1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars. Add oil, eggs, vanilla flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt; mix. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min. Makes 8-10 dozen small cookies. They make them much larger at Betty's Pies.
