2 large Angel food cakes
2 pkgs lemon Jello
1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box Dream Whip
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Make Jello according to package instructions and let set. Whip 1 pkg Dream Whip. Fold into Jello along with crushed pineapple. Line large bowl with Saran wrap. Cut cake into large chunks (approx. 1" or a little larger). Place into lined bowl. Fold in Jello mixture until combined. Let set overnight. Turn out cake mixture onto large platter. Remove Saran wrap. Whip remaining 1 pkg Dream Whip and "frost" cake mixture. Sprinkle coconut over cream.

For a strawberry version of this - you can substitute crushed strawberries instead of pineapple and use strawberry jello instead of lemon jello.
