2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/2 c Libby's pumpkin 3/4 c sugar 1/2 t salt 1 t allspice 1 2/3 c evaporated milk (or light cream) 1 9" unbaked pastry shell
Heat oven to 425º. Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife insterted in center comes out clean.
