3 medium sweet-potatoes oil for deep frying salt, sugar and cinnamon to taste
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into french fry strips. Heat oil in a deep-fat fryer to 350º. Working in batches add potatoe strips and fry until fork tender and golden brown about 4-5 minutes. Drain and sprinkle with salt, sugar and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
