1 1/2 lb. frozen cod or haddock fillets, thawed
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into serving-size pieces; place in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Brush with butter. Combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Bake uncovered at 425 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
