4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
3+ c. turkey
3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add milk, broth, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Add turkey, bread crumbs and rice. Combine and spread in 13x9 in. pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 1 hour. Cut into squares. Serve with heated sauce over top.
For sauce: Heat cream of mushroom soup, milk and sour cream.
