1 green onion, minced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. honey
2 T. rice vinegar
1 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix onion, oil, honey, vinegar, poppy seeds, mustard and celery seeds and salt. Serve over greens. Refrigerate. Makes 1 c.
