1/2 c. wild rice 1 can beef broth or consomme 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/4 c. butter Salt Pepper 1/8 tsp. thyme 1/8 c. burgundy wine if desired 1 can cream of chicken soup
Cook wild rice and drain. Add beef broth and boil for a few min. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Add cream of chicken soup and wine, if desired. Mix together and bake at 325º for about 2 hours until rice gets curly.
