2 c. cooked ground beef
4 small potatoes, cooked and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spead evenly into 8x8" greased pan. Bake in a 350 F oven for about 20 minutes, or until hot.
