2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening with a pastry cutter or fork. Add egg and cream and mix until combined. Pat down on a floured board and cut into desired pieces. Bake at 450 F for 8-10 minutes.
