2 lbs. ground beef ( or 2 lbs. boneless, skinless cubed chicken )
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 1 lb. ( or 14 oz. ) canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder ( to taste )
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. uncooked long-grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef or chicken in skillet and drain. Put all ingredients in crock pot and stir thoroughly. Cover and cook 6-8 hrs. on low or 4 hours on high.

Stir occasionally while cooking,adding water if needed to keep from sticking on. (This is important at high temp. On low it cooks without additional attention.
