1 lb.round steak cut up in 1/2" pieces Flour 2 T. fat 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic 1 ( 6 oz.) can mushrooms 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 c. sour cream 1 T. tabasco sauce 1 T. soy sauce 1 (7 oz. ) pkg. spaghetti cooked Parmesan cheese
Dip steak in flour and brown in fat. Add onion,garlic and mushrooms. Place in casserole dish. Combine sour cream, soup and seasonings. Pour over steak. Bake in 350º oven for 90 mins. Serve over spaghetti and top with cheese.
