1/2 Peck Onions
1 Doz. Bunches Celery
1-1/2 Doz. Peppers (Green & Red)
3 Qts. White Wine Vinegar
5 lbs. Sugar
2 Teaspoons Red Pepper
1 Small Box White Mustard Seed
1 Box Whole Mixed Spices (Tied In Cheesecloth)
6 Tablespoons Celery Seed
25 Tablespoons Salt

Mix all ingredients in large canning pan. Stir often. Cook until thick. Can.
