2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion chopped
2 (28 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. Transfer to 2 greased 9X13 in. pans. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months. Bake the second one uncovered at 350 for 25-30 min. or until heated through.
