1/4 cups bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/3 cup buttermilk
4 uncooked chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Place buttermilk in a separate shallow dish. Dip the chicken in the buttermilk and then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in a shallow pan that has been greased. Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 4.
