2 c. Cooked yellow squash
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick of butter
2 Tbsp flour
Breadcrumbs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bell peppers in butter. Drain squash well, mix all ingreidents except breadcrumbs. Form mixture into balls the size of an egg. Roll in bread crumbs and fry.
