4 c. red potatoes, unpeeled and cubed
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 1/2 tsp. crushed dry rosemary
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large roasting pan and toss thoroughly to coat the potatoes with the seasonings. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 F. Uncover the pan and roast the potatoes for 35-40 minutes, until they are golden and crisp.
