1/3 c. olive oil 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. dried basil leaves 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 lb. chicken or pork
Mix all ingredients in a shallow glass or plastic dish. Add 1 lb. chicken or pork. Turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours. Cook meat as desired.
