Large head of cabbage
1lb of carrots
6 med red potatoes
1lb of smoked sausage
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut-up cabbage, place in bottom of large pot, scrape and slice carrots and place on top of cabbage. Wash potatoes, do not peel, cut into quarters and place on top of carrots. Slice onion and place with sliced sausage on top of potatoes. Cover and simmer untill all ingredients are tender. Serve with cornbread.
