1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated parmesan
4 (4 oz.) cod fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well all of the ingredients, except for the fish. Spread mixture over fish. Place fish in a grill basket and grill about 5 minutes on each side.
