1 can (14oz) of artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
spoon into quiche dish
bake 20 minutes in preheated 350 oven

Serve with Triscuit or cut up vegetables
