1 lb. sole, orange roughy, or other delicate fish fillets (3/4")
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 F. Spray a 9X13" pan with cooking spray. Cut fis into 4 serving pieces. Place in pan, skin side down. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over fish. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
