1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. orange roughy fillets
1/4 c. butter, melted
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F and lightly grease a 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Brush both sides of fillets with butter and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Arrange fillets in a single layer in baking pan. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
