1 - 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. oil
1 - 14 oz. bag caramels
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and oil. Stir until smooth. Pour half in 9 x 13 pan. Cool. Melt caramels, butter and water. Stir and add peanuts. Pour over chocolate in pan. Cool until tacky - about 15 minutes. Top with remaining chocolate and spread evenly in pan. Cool and cut. For thicker bars use 9x 9 pan.
