1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together just until smooth. Pour into well greased deep muffin cups (3/4) full. Oven glass cups make highest popovers. Bake at 425 until golden brown, 35-45 min. Serve immediately.
