1/2 c. shortening
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add bananas, eggs and milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix with banana mixture. Add walnuts and pour into bread tin. Bake 1 hour at 350.
