1-1 1/2 lb. flank steak
Bottled teriyaki sauce
Minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Put steak in a gallon plastic food storage bag. Pour teriyaki sauce over steak and add minced garlic. Seal bag and marinate for at least an hour, turning bag occasionally.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Remove steak from marinade and grill 4-6 minutes per side, depending on your preference for doneness. Place on a cutting board and slice across the steak diagonally into thin slices, reserving juices from steak to pour over steak before serving.

You may marinate overnight, if you wish. You may use soy sauce and you may add minced ginger or orange juice to marinade. Good with twice-baked potatoes, French bread and a salad.
