Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup celery, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
For Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in a small jar, shaking until thoroughly blended. Pour dressing over vegetables and marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
Serve on lettuce leaves or from bowl.
