1 1/2 lbs lean ground chuck
2 medium size green bell peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 pound soda crackers, crushed
2/3 egg milk
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups ketchup
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground chuck, bell peppers, onion, crackers milk, eggs salt and pepper. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish,
Mix ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. Pour over meatballs. Preheat oven to 325. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
