Ingredients:  
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained (squeeze dried)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing crumbs, not cubes
1 onion chopped
6 eggs beaten
3/4 c. butte or margarine
1 c. grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients - somewhat soft in texture. Form into balls and freeze on greased cookie sheet. Place in plastic bags. Do not thaw before baking. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
