2 pkg. mixed greens
1 1/3 c. craisins
1 1/2 c. cashews
1/2 c. feta cheese
2 green apples, diced and unpeeled
Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
3/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients together.
Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad right before serving.
