Boneless white chicken tenders
Cream of chicken soup
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Mashed potato
Cooked Rice
Ricotta cheese
Chicken Stove Top Stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Put a layer of chicken on bottom of casserole dish. You can use as many of the above ingredients to suit your taste. I usually put the stuffing for the next layer. Then potato or rice. Add ricotta cheese, soup. Top off with mozzarella cheese.
You can also add whole kernel or cream style corn .
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 mins.

You can make many variations of this recipe depending on taste. If you like crunchy stuffing you can put it on the top layer.
