Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 to whole garlic
1 tsp. Adobo seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients to a paste. Take a sharp knife and make holes all over the leg. Take another 1/2 of garlic and put a clove into each hole. Make sure you go as deep as you can with both the hole and the garlic. The closer to the bone, the better. If the clove is too thick you can cut it in half. Once you have put the garlic into the leg, take the paste and spread it all over the leg. Once you have done that, take saran wrap and wrap the entire leg. Then leave it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Preheat oven to 325 and cook approximately 20 min. per pound. Continuously baste leg every 15-20 min.
