1 (16 oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips
2 T. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
pinch of salt
3/4 cu. milk
whipped cream or whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Put chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla, egg and pinch of salt into blender.
Heat milk to boiling; pour into container and blend all ingredients for 1 minute or until thoroughly blended. Pour into 6 demitasse cups or small custard cups.
Chill and serve topped with whipped cream

This is VERY chocolatey. So be sure to put whipped cream on top. The servings are small and should be due to richness of dessert.
