1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 (16oz) can refried beans
2 cups hot catsup
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in a skillet. Drain off drippings. Add beans, chili powder, catsup and salt to skillet. Mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes; spoon into a fondue pot or small crockpot.
Top with green onions, olives and cheese.
Keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.
