2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, diced
3 T. chili powder
2 T. paprika
2 qts. water
Hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, cook onion in a small amount of water until it is transparent. Add 2 quarts water and the meat. Stir to blend. add child powder and paprika and continue to stir occasionally for the next 20 minutes or until the meat is done. Add more water if necessary. You may add hot sauce, pepper and salt to taste.

Freezes well and goes well with hot dogs. You may add kidney beans. You may add some oregano and canned tomatoes to put over spaghetti.
