1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar (fill loosely)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cornmeal
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Mix butter with sugar. Add slightly beaten eggs and thoroughly mix. Add vanilla, vinegar and cornmeal, and nuts. Pour in a 9 inch unbaked pie crust and bake for about 30 minutes.
