2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup Crisco
Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475
Use fork and mix together flour and Crisco until small crumbs. Add buttermilk until you have a doughy consistency. Sprinkle flour on waxed paper and roll out dough with a rolling pin or flatten with your hands until about 1/2 inch thick. Cut out with a biscuit cutter or small orange juice can. Put biscuits close to each other on an ungreased pan or cookie sheet. Cook 15 minutes or until golden and remove from pan.
