1 c. white sugar
1 1/3 c. white syrup
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp food coloring

Unsalted popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
For sauce: Boil sugar and syrup until soft ball forms when tested in cold water. Add whipping cream and butter. Boil until very soft ball forms when tested in cold water. Add food coloring and beat a few min. with electric mixer.
Pour over popped corn and stir. Lightly press into balls. Cool and put into waxed sandwich bags. Close with a little piece of tape. When rolling balls, dip hands in a pan of cold water and wipe after rolling a few balls. This will keep candy from sticking to hands.
