2-3 lb. country style ribs Lemon slices Onion slices Sauce: 1 c. ketchup 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 2 c. water
Lie ribs in pan. Put a lemon and onion sauce on each rib. Roast in oven 30-45 min. at 450º. Drain fat. Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan until boiling. Pour over ribs and roast additional 45 min. at 350 degrees. Baste often.
