3 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of white sugar
2 1/2 sticks of cold butter
4 Tbsp of cold water
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients with a pastry cutter. Mix water and egg yolk and add to dough. Don't over handle. Should be crumbly. You can press the dough into the pie pan to shape it. Roll the top crust between plastic wrap. Makes 2 crusts.
