1 medium tomato-peeled
2 ripe avocados (about 2 lbs.)
1/2 c finely chopped onion
4 T chopped green chile peppers
1 1/2 T white vinegar
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, crush tomato with wire whip. Peel avocados, halve crosswise and remove pits. Slice avocado into crushed tomatos. Crush with tomato until well blended. Add chile peppers, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper. Refrigerate, covered until well chilled (at least one hour)
