4-6 chicken breast
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In bag combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and shake. Brown chicken, remove chicken to shallow casserole dish. Drain oranges reserving liquid. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, nutmeg, and orange liquid. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350, 40 minutes. Baste occasionally with pan juices. Arrange oranges over chicken. Baste 20 minutes longer.
